Now that I've had time to use my Voyager 17 & Hinty frame, I'd like to say how happy I am with my purchase & with Tom & Diana's customer service. They keep in touch to see how I'm doing & have been to my house twice to help me. The problems have been due to my "user errors" not with the machine or frame.
As a Border Collie owner & lover of all dogs, I want to say how sorry I am about Sophie & her illness. I hope everything goes well & you have much more time to enjoy her. God bless you for taking care of her.
