Was just in your shop this afternoon!! My My how you can get such a nice selection of fabric, notions, books and little gifts in such a small space -- it's all so very wonderful!!! The new wide back fabrics are great. And the MOST impressive, to me, is the embroidery machine. From a single simple quilt label to something more elaborate to towel monograms to 200 hats!! You're able to do it all!! The labels are so reasonably priced, too!! Folks need to know that you can do labels -- 1, 2 or many; and all customized!! Thanks so much V. Heins Buhl, ID

Now that I've had time to use my Voyager 17 & Hinty frame, I'd like to say how happy I am with my purchase & with Tom & Diana's customer service. They keep in touch to see how I'm doing & have been to my house twice to help me. The problems have been due to my "user errors" not with the machine or frame. As a Border Collie owner & lover of all dogs, I want to say how sorry I am about Sophie & her illness. I hope everything goes well & you have much more time to enjoy her. I bought the Voyager 17 and Hinty stretch frame from Tom & Diana. They just set it up in my home tonight, so I haven't had much time to use it. I just wanted to say, what nice people they are and how professionally they conduct their business. They told me again & again to call with any problems and they will come to my house to help me or give me advise over the phone. Buy from this couple knowing that they care and will do their best to please.
